RULES & REGULATIONS
All the students shall abide by the rules of the institution. Breaking of the rules or misconduct will render a student to disciplinary action including expulsion from the institute.
Ragging of any student in or outside the campus is strictly prohibited. Indulgence in ragging will lead to strict disciplinary action including expulsion from the institute.
If as a result of any strike or otherwise, property/equipment in the campus is damaged, the loss caused to the institution would be recovered either directly from the identified person(s) or jointly from the institute of students responsible for the damage.
The institute will not enter into any correspondence with any person other than the father/guardian who has signed the student’s application form during admission
Wandering/Roaming of students in the college Campus and outside the institute is strictly prohibited.
Students habitually irregular in attendance & negligent in studies, may be asked to leave the college at any time during the course of the session.
According to the university ordinances, every student is required to attend at least 75 percent of the lectures delivered separately in theory and practical.
If a student’s name is struck off the rolls of the college for non-payment of dues, irregular attendance or any other reason his/ her admission form will be withdrawn by the Principal and no notice to this effect will be given to the student or his/her guardian.
The class incharge prepare date-wise attendance record of each student. The parent/guardians are advised to check up in person or telephonically with the incharge whether their wards are regularly attending classes. They must visit the college office, meet the class incharge at least twice in a month.
Use of cell phones is strictly prohibited in all academic areas of the campus. Use of cell phones would entail confiscation of the handset .It would be returned only: (a) At the end of the course or (b) After payment of a fine of Rs,1000/-
Student must make all possible efforts to conserve electricity and water. They must switch off lights & fans when they leave the class room/hostel room, lab etc. Students must help to keep the institute neat and clean and also preserve and maintain the gardens.
Any student found smoking or under the influence of intoxication of alcohol/drugs in the institute or in the Hostel is liable to strict disciplinary action which may be up to expulsion from the institute.
